FAIVNDH (Vendor Detail History Form) Error Message

FOATELE (Telephone Form) replaced with FYATELE

FAIVNDH Error Message

Querying on vendor history for a heavily-used vendor (e.g. Fisher Scientific) will sometimes cause FAIVNDH to work incorrectly. After entering query information in the header and navigating to the next block, the following error message may appear:

Work Around

If this situation occurs, do the following:

a. Click OK to close the "FRM-40106: No navigable items" window.

b. A blank Option List window will appear. >>> Do NOT click on the Cancel button. <<<

c. Type [shift F7] Clear Form Rollback. (Do NOT click on the Rollback icon in the toolbar.)

d. Re-enter your original query and next-block (CTRL-PgDn) to re-execute the query.

 

FPIOPOV COA Required Field

FPIOPOV information block will not display any query results if COA (Chart of Accounts) field is empty.

Work Around

After entering the vendor id (e.g. @00000067), tab through the COA: field to cause the default value 'X' to appear before performing Next Block (Ctrl-PgDn).

FPIOPOV Error Message

Occasionally, querying on Purchase Orders for a heavily-used vendor (e.g. Fisher Scientific) in FPIOPOV will cause the form to work incorrectly. After entering query information in the form header and navigating to the next block (Ctrl-PgDn), the following message may appear:

Work Around

If you encounter this situation in FPIOPOV, do the following:

a. Click OK to close the "FRM-40106: No navigable items" window.

b. Several buttons will appear on a blank screen.
>>> Do NOT click on any of these buttons. <<<

c. Type [shift F7] Clear Form Rollback or click on the Rollback icon in the toolbar.

d. Re-enter your original query and next-block (CTRL-Pgdn) to re-execute the query.

FOATELE Invalid Message

As of the FIS Banner 7 upgrade, form FOATELE (used for querying on Vendor telephone numbers), has been replaced by form FYATELE.
